The St.
Botolph building will provide over 500,000 sq ft (46,450
sq m) of highly specified and flexible offices
designed to meet the requirements of City
occupiers. There is 276,000 sq ft (25,700 sq m) available following forward commitments by Lockton and Clyde & Co.
The landmark scheme, designed by leading international
architects Grimshaw, is of significant architectural
merit with glass cladding, an impressive reception
and a generous stepped atrium.
The building is under construction and will be completed Autumn 2010. |
